Back in September 2023, we were awaiting an explanation from the State of Israel regarding the failure to charge the Dead Sea Works for water consumption. The request for an extension to submit a response by mid November of the same year was pushed off again, and now, in mid June 2024, we’re still waiting.
As it stands, the latest postponement would see the State giving an answer on June 27, although they could delay once more.
However, time is running out, as the Court hearing is firmly scheduled for next month, July 15 2024. Adam Teva V’Din is ready for the hearing and hopes to see justice served.
